“The basic LiveWhale fee includes one day of on-site training from one of LiveWhale’s developers (though we do request reimbursement of airfare costs). Additional days may be scheduled if necessary; however, we have found that one day is sufficient for user training. Online demos and remote assistance can be provided if needed.”
